We want you to feel confident in your Kidney Care apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your style needs, we are here to make it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer to ensure they arrive in original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
